Credit
Card Security
When you are asked to supply your credit card details we
utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology
in order to encrypt your credit card details (256 bit).
This means all data sent to us via the order form is protected
and secure.
The
following terms only apply if your order contains a hire.

CONDITIONS
OF HIRE
The
length of an online hire is 48 hours. Should you require
your costume for any longer than that, please call 01382
203868.
Costumes must be returned as presented by Utopia Costumes
LTD to 212a Perth Road, Dundee.
Costumes
must not be cut and any alterations must be carried out
with large tacking stitches.
Return
must be made on the date specified or extra hire charges
may be incurrred at the rate of £25 per day.
Any
loss of items and or damages must be paid for which may
exceed the deposit paid.
If
damage occurs that results in the full replacement of the
costume, the hirer shall be responsible for the full replacement
value at the discretion of Utopia Costumes LTD.
This contract does not effect your statutory rights
